Major spare parts and replacements (compressors, motors, condensers) are not included and are quoted separately. Civil or structural works such as masonry, carpentry, and painting are also excluded, as are third-party systems like fire alarms, CCTV, and elevators. Damage caused by power fluctuations, overloading, or external factors outside normal use is also not covered.
