The story of GeeM is rooted in decades of experience in the United Arab Emirates. Our journey began long before the GeeM name was created. Since 2004, our group of companies has been actively operating in the UAE’s construction sector, successfully delivering over 200 projects across residential developments, commercial buildings, and large-scale infrastructure works.
These years of hands-on experience built a strong foundation of technical knowledge, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of property and building performance. Today, that expertise forms the backbone of GeeM as a trusted property maintenance company in Dubai, delivering reliable solutions for both homeowners and businesses.

Our group of companies began operating in the UAE’s construction sector, delivering projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. The GeeM Name Emerges
The GeeM name first appeared in the UAE as an e-sports and digital gaming platform, reflecting a strong spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship. The brand gained recognition within the region’s growing startup ecosystem and digital community.
Repositioned for Property Services
With more than 20 years of industry experience behind us, the GeeM brand entered a new phase when it was acquired by Hazem Yahya, a Dubai-based civil engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in construction and property development.
Building on the group’s long-standing expertise, the brand was repositioned to focus on practical, reliable services, evolving into a professional facilities management and property maintenance company in Dubai serving residential and commercial clients.
